About me

Helping you feel safe, supported and understood after a difficult journey to motherhood

Hi, I'm Dr Miriam Inder

People who have experienced difficult journeys to early parenthood often feel distressed, overwhelmed and alone.

This is how I felt when I faced challenges in my own journey to motherhood. Which is why I founded Better Beginnings – to use my expertise as a Perinatal Clinical Psychologist to help other people….not just to survive, but to thrive.

As a highly experienced psychologist I know the power of therapy to transform our emotional well-being, especially when delivered with warmth, skill and at the moment of greatest need. And specialist therapy online means you can access this help conveniently from the comfort of your own home.

I’m dedicated to creating a difference, for every individual, couple and baby I support.
